At Integrity24 Care, we recognise that people are living longer and with more complex health conditions, they may need social support, personal care and domestic support. Our staff are well trained have knowledge, experience and understanding of broad range of conditions including Learning Disabilities, Dementia, Alzheimer’s, Physical Disabilities and Autism Spectrum Disorders, that can support the clients to promote their health and wellbeing.

Domiciliary Care

Integrity24 Care aims to provide domiciliary care also known as home health care to clients who decide to live and remain in the comfort of their own home and familiar environment as long as possible. The clients may require additional support with household tasks, supporting with personal care as well as other activities that allow them to maintain both independence and quality of life.

Integrity24 Care provides a full range of personal care and support within an individual’s own home including:

Personal care (including assisting with washing and dressing)
Shopping
Continence care and support
Housekeeping and general domestic duties.
Meal preparation and assist with dietary needs
Assisting with medication (only by trained staff
